From the Johner collection:
Malin Kihlström has loved tales ever since she was a child. Starting out by writing fairy tales about dragons and princesses as a child, Malin became a copywriter as an adult.
During the trip of her dreams to Kenya and Uganda in 2010, however, everything changed. Malin was seized by the power of pictures,
and for the first time she discovered that a picture really can say more than a thousand words.
Her pictures from the trip were sought after, and went to the final round in National Geographic’s Photo of the Month contest.
Malin has been working as a photographer ever since. She has made a name for herself specifically due to her ability to tell stories
and to capture emotions in her pictures.
Malin is one of our photographers, so if you have yet to discover her pictures, start by looking at our favorites.
